This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-TTLL11 Antibody (ARP67890_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP67890
Size: 100ug
Weight: 26kDa
Gene: 158135
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: TTLL11 is a polyglutamase which preferentially modifies alpha-tubulin. It is involved in the side-chain elongation step of the polyglutamylation reaction rather than in the initiation step. TTLL11 is required for CCSAP localization to both spindle and cilia microtubules.
Alternative names: C9orf20; bA244O19.1
