This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-RAP1GAP2 Antibody (ARP66920_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP66920
Size: 100ug
Weight: 80kDa
Gene: 23108
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: This gene encodes a GTPase-activating protein that activates the small guanine-nucleotide-binding protein Rap1 in platelets. The protein interacts with synaptotagmin-like protein 1 and Rab27 and regulates secretion of dense granules from platelets at sites of endothelial damage. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
Alternative names: DKFZp686O238; GARNL4; KIAA1039; RAP1GA3
