This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-PIP5K1B Antibody (ARP66635_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP66635
Size: 100ug
Weight: 61kDa
Gene: 8395
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: PIP5K1B participates in the biosynthesis of phosphatidylinositol 4,5-bisphosphate. It mediates RAC1-dependent reorganization of actin filaments and contributes to the activation of PLD2. Together with PIP5K1A is required after stimulation of G-protein coupled receptors for stable platelet adhesion.
Alternative names: MSS4; STM7
