This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-PAAF1 Antibody (ARP66899_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP66899
Size: 100ug
Weight: 43kDa
Gene: 80227
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: This gene encodes a WD repeat-containing protein involved in regulation of association of proteasome components. During HIV infection, the encoded protein is thought to promote provirus transcription through recruitment of the 19S regulatory complex. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene.
Alternative names: FLJ11848; PAAF; Rpn14; WDR71
