This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-MAPRE2 Antibody (ARP66861_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP66861
Size: 100ug
Weight: 30kDa
Gene: 10982
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: The protein encoded by this gene shares significant homology to the adenomatous polyposis coli (APC) protein-binding EB1 gene family. This protein is a microtubule-associated protein that is necessary for spindle symmetry during mitosis. It is thought to play a role in the tumorigenesis of colorectal cancers and the proliferative control of normal cells. Alternative splicing of this gene results in multiple transcript variants.
Alternative names: EB1; EB2; RP1
