This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-FARSB Antibody (ARP67581_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP67581
Size: 100ug
Weight: 65kDa
Gene: 10056
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: This gene encodes a highly conserved enzyme that belongs to the aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase class IIc subfamily. This enzyme comprises the regulatory beta subunits that form a tetramer with two catalytic alpha subunits. In the presence of ATP, this tetramer is responsible for attaching L-phenylalanine to the terminal adenosine of the appropriate tRNA. A pseudogene located on chromosome 10 has been identified.
Alternative names: FARSLB; FRSB; HSPC173; PheHB; PheRS
