This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-CDC42SE2 Antibody (ARP67446_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP67446
Size: 100ug
Weight: 9kDa
Gene: 56990
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: CDC42SE2 is probably involved in the organization of the actin cytoskeleton by acting downstream of CDC42, inducing actin filament assembly. It alters CDC42-induced cell shape changes. In activated T-cells, CDC42SE2 may play a role in CDC42-mediated F-actin accumulation at the immunological synapse and may play a role in early contractile events in phagocytosis in macrophages.
Alternative names: FLJ21967; SPEC2
