This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-B3GAT1 Antibody (ARP66734_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP66734
Size: 100ug
Weight: 37kDa
Gene: 27087
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the glucuronyltransferase gene family. These enzymes exhibit strict acceptor specificity, recognizing nonreducing terminal sugars and their anomeric linkages. This gene product functions as the key enzyme in a glucuronyl transfer reaction during the biosynthesis of the carbohydrate epitope HNK-1 (human natural killer-1, also known as CD57 and LEU7). Alternate transcriptional splice variants have been characterized.
Alternative names: CD57; GLCATP; GLCUATP; HNK1; LEU7; NK-1; NK1
