This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-ARL4C Antibody (ARP67007_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP67007
Size: 100ug
Weight: 21kDa
Gene: 10123
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: ADP-ribosylation factor-like 4C is a member of the ADP-ribosylation factor family of GTP-binding proteins. ARL4C is closely similar to ARL4A and ARL4D and each has a nuclear localization signal and an unusually high guanine nucleotide exchange rate. This protein may play a role in cholesterol transport.
Alternative names: ARL7; LAK
