This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-ANKFY1 Antibody (ARP66715_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP66715
Size: 100ug
Weight: 54kDa
Gene: 51479
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: This gene encodes a cytoplasmic protein that contains a coiled-coil structure and a BTB/POZ domain at its N-terminus, ankyrin repeats in the middle portion, and a FYVE-finger motif at its C-terminus. This protein belongs to a subgroup of double zinc finger proteins which may be involved in vesicle or protein transport. Alternate splicing results in multiple transcript variants of this gene.
Alternative names: ANKHZN; DKFZp686M19106; KIAA1255; ZFYVE14
