This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-AGFG2 Antibody (ARP67942_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP67942
Size: 100ug
Weight: 53kDa
Gene: 3268
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: This gene is a member of the HIV-1 Rev binding protein (HRB) family and encodes a protein with one Arf-GAP zinc finger domain, several phe-gly (FG) motifs, and four asn-pro-phe (NPF) motifs. This protein interacts with Eps15 homology (EH) domains and plays a role in the Rev export pathway, which mediates the nucleocytoplasmic transfer of proteins and RNAs. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described, but their biological validity has not been determined. The 3' UTR of this gene contains an insulin receptor substrate 3-like pseudogene.
Alternative names: HRBL; RABR
