This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-ZC3H12D Antibody (ARP66503_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP66503
Size: 100ug
Weight: 58kDa
Gene: 340152
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: ZC3H12D may regulate cell growth likely by suppressing RB1 phosphorylation and function as RNase and regulate the levels of target RNA species Potential. ZC3H12D serve as a tumor suppressor in certain leukemia cells. Overexpression inhibits the G1 to S phase progression through suppression of RB1 phosphorylation.
