This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-PGLYRP3 Antibody (ARP66426_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP66426
Size: 100ug
Weight: 36kDa
Gene: 114771
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: This gene encodes a peptidoglycan recognition protein, which belongs to the N-acetylmuramoyl-L-alanine amidase 2 family. These proteins are part of the innate immune system and recognize peptidoglycan, a ubiquitous component of bacterial cell walls. This protein binds to murein peptidoglycans of Gram-positive bacteria.
Alternative names: MGC149197; PGRP-Ialpha; PGRPIA
