Product Introduction: NECAP2 which is involved in endocytosis, is a vital protein paralogues for clathrin-mediated membrane trafficking which are enhanced in CCV layers. NECAP2 protein colocalizes with AP-2 at the plasma membrane by binding AP-2s ?-ear domain, and interacts with AP-1, AP-2 and several GAE domain proteins termed GGA1, GGA2 and GGA3.
Product Description: NECAP2 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 283 amino acids (1-263a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 30.5 kDa. NECAP2 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
