This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-KIF21B Antibody (ARP66385_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP66385
Size: 100ug
Weight: 181kDa
Gene: 23046
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: This gene encodes a member of the kinesin superfamily. Kinesins are ATP-dependent microtubule-based motor proteins that are involved in the intracellular transport of membranous organelles. Single nucleotide polymorphisms in this gene are associated with inflammatory bowel disease and multiple sclerosis. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene.
