Product Introduction: Kidney associated antigen 1 (KAAG1) is expressed in testis and kidney, and, at lower levels, in urinary bladder and liver. KAAG1 is expressed by numerous tumors of various histologic origin, including melanomas, sarcomas and colorectal carcinomas.
Product Description: KAAG1 Human Recombinant fused with a 20 amino acid His tag at N-terminus produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated, polypeptide chain containing 104 amino acids (1-84 a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 11.1kDa. The KAAG1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
