Product Introduction: Frizzled gene family members encode 7-transmembrane domain proteins which are receptors for Wnt signaling proteins. The FZD1 protein includes a signal peptide, a cysteine-rich domain in the N-terminal extracellular region, 7 transmembrane domains, and a C-terminal PDZ domain-binding motif. The FZD1 transcript is expressed in the adult heart, placenta, lung, kidney, pancreas, prostate, and ovary and in the fetal lung and kidney.
Product Description: Frizzled-1 Human Recombinant produced in HEK293 cells, corresponding to the extracellular region of mature Human Frizzled-1 (amino acids 112-228) and fused to the Fc region of Human IgG1, having an MW of 46kDa. Frizzled-1 is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
