This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-FCGR2C Antibody (ARP67095_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human
Presku: AAP67095
Size: 100ug
Weight: 35kDa
Gene: 9103
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: This gene encodes one of three members of a family of low-affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc receptors found on the surface of many immune response cells. The encoded protein is a transmembrane glycoprotein and may be involved in phagocytosis and clearing of immune complexes. An allelic polymorphism in this gene results in both coding and non-coding variants.
Alternative names: CD32; CD32C; CDW32; FCG2; FCRIIC; IGFR2
