This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-A2ld1 Antibody (ARP67921_P050), made by Aviva Systems Biology. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.
Reactivities: Human, Mouse
Presku: AAP67921
Size: 100ug
Weight: 16kDa
Gene: 223267
Format: Lyophilized powder
Target: A2ld1 contributes to degradation of proteins cross-linked by transglutaminases. It degrades the cross-link between a lysine and a glutamic acid residue from two proteins that have been cross-linked by transglutaminases. It catalyzes the formation of 5-oxoproline from L-gamma-glutamyl-L-epsilon-lysine and inactive with L-gamma-glutamyl-alpha-amino acid substrates such as L-gamma-glutamyl-L-alpha-cysteine and L-gamma-glutamyl-L-alpha-alanine
Alternative names: GGACT
